How many ways did you find to describe your feeling? Words create limits to understanding complex emotions and feelings. Art and artistic expression can provide an unlimited way to express and describe exactly how you are feeling and how that feeling affects your daily life. An experienced art therapist is trained to ask the right questions to help coach you through expressing, understanding, and finding solutions for this complex feeling.
